• Electrostatic coalescer spare parts: electrode insulators, high-pressure entrance bushings, grid assemblies, power connecting rods, insulating sleeves, and transformer and power supply bushings for desalters and dehydrators.
• Prewash coalescer spare parts: entrance bushings, electrode insulators, power units and power unit bushings for the electrostatic prewash coalescers and precipitators of kerosene sweetening units.
• Legacy equipment spare parts: parts for older units, identified from a nameplate, a tag number or a drawing reference.

How spare parts supply works

1. Find or describe the partUse the part finder, which accepts partial and mistyped references, or simply describe what you need.
2. Send one enquiryAdd as many parts as you need to your enquiry list, attach a nameplate photo or drawing if you have one, and send the request for quotation.
3. We confirm the matchAn engineer checks each part against your equipment data and operating conditions before quoting. If we need a dimension or a photo, we ask.
4. Quotation and supplyThe quotation states condition, documentation, lead time and delivery terms. Supply is subject to UK export control and sanctions checks on the destination and end use.

What the catalogue tells you, and what it does not

Each part page in the catalogue states what the part does, the equipment it suits, its condition (new, refurbished or engineered equivalent), its availability status, an indicative lead-time band and the documentation that can be supplied, such as an EN 10204 3.1 material test certificate or a certificate of conformity. The catalogue does not show prices, because parts are quoted against your equipment, and it never shows customer names, plant data or serial numbers.
