We want everyone to be able to use this website. It has been designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement says what that means in practice, what we know does not yet conform, and how to tell us about a problem or ask for information in another format.
What you should be able to do
- Use the whole site with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
- Zoom to 400 % and use a narrow screen without losing content or scrolling in two directions, except in wide data tables, which scroll within their own region.
- Use a screen reader: pages have one main heading, a logical heading order, labelled landmarks, labelled form fields and error messages linked to their fields.
- Read diagrams: every process diagram has an equivalent text description next to it.
- Choose light or dark display, and switch units, without losing your place.
- Stop movement: the home page video panel has pause, previous and next buttons, and does not play if your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- PDF documents supplied by third parties, such as certificates, may not be fully accessible. Tell us and we will provide the information another way.
- The spam check on the enquiry form is a third-party component (Cloudflare Turnstile) and needs JavaScript. If you cannot complete it, email us instead.
How the site was tested
The main templates were checked against WCAG 2.2 level AA during development with automated tools and manual review. This statement was prepared on 22 September 2026 and is reviewed at least once a year.
