What helps us answer quickly
- For new equipment: flow rate, fluid properties, inlet conditions and the outlet specification you need, with units and measurement basis.
- For an operating problem: the symptom, when it began, what changed, and recent operating data. The troubleshooting index lists the data to gather for each symptom.
- For spare parts: a nameplate photo, tag number, drawing reference or old part number. To quote several catalogue parts at once, use request a quote.
